About Us

Visual artist Alison Clouston and musician/sound artist Boyd collaborate on immersive installations exploring our human place within the rest of nature. Often socially engaged, participatory and performative, including carbon audit and offsets, their works have been seen in Arts Festivals, Residencies and Regional Galleries nationally and internationally.

Alison has exhibited in Australian sculpture surveys since Mildura, the First and Second Australian Sculpture Triennials, Australian Perspecta at AGNSW, and the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize. She is represented in Australian National, State & Regional Galleries, University & Private collections.

Boyd has composed for film, video, performance, and installation. A Sydney Conservatorium graduate, he is a multi-instrumentalist, performing with some of Sydney’s top musicians. His composition was a finalist in the 2015 Australian APRA AMCOS AMC National Art Music Awards. A teacher of clarinet and saxophone, he also performs regularly with community music ensembles. He composes soundtracks for installation, working with field recordings, and a diversity of and musicians and speakers.
